Q & A: Self Audits and Full Compliance Reviews (CRs)
Bruce Clarke and Sobhy Girgis, Facilitators
This session will cover specific questions gathered from a state-wide survey regarding changes made to the State’s Loss Prevention Manual and its Loss Prevention Safety Audit process. As the Office of Risk Management values the voice of its employees, relevant questions will be gathered, prioritized, discussed and ultimately answered for attendees. Even if audience members were not able to submit questions through the online survey, they will definitely benefit from the engaging discussions between LPOs, facilitators and agency members. Real-time feedback tools and group exercises will be used to help reinforce the audience’s understanding of responses.
Session objectives:
Provide a clear understanding of specific audit type questions.
Provide a forum to share best practice techniques from both an agency and a LPO perspective.
Further prepare those unfamiliar with the process with a clear understanding of what is needed or expected to be “compliant.”
Break: 10:45am – 11:00am
11:00am – 12:00pm
